About the planning application
The Planning Group Ltd has been commissioned by Unity House Ltd to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development at Unity House, Llandrinio, Powys.
The proposal is for the conversion, change of use and minor extensions to previously approved nursing home to form:
Total of 23 beds and 20 individual apartments with associated parking for 27 vehicles and amenity space.
We give notice that Unity House Ltd is intending to apply to Powys County Council for the above mentioned planning application. Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre- application consultation.
